Role & responsibilities Design and develop mechanical components, cabinets, and integrated systems for electronic and power supply applications, ensuring compliance with product specifications and process standards. Use CAD software, run simulations, and actively participate in design reviews to validate and refine designs. Interact with clients and suppliers to gather requirements and ensure expectations are met throughout the design cycle. Create assembly diagrams for electronic PCBs and mechanical units, and maintain detailed documentation of designs, specifications, and testing outcomes. Collaborate with internal teams including electronics, testing, and production engineers to ensure smooth project execution and system integration Required Qualifications Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline. 1–4 years of hands-on experience in mechanical design, preferably for electronics or power system products. Proficiency in CAD tools (such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar) and design validation techniques. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, materials, and standards related to electronic enclosures.

What You Bring • Bachelors Degree in Mechanical, Production, or Design Engineering (or equivalent experience). • Minimum 5 years of experience in drafting engineering, particularly for polyurethane or elastomer-based products. • Extensive experience in producing manufacturing drawings, tooling/mold designs, and detailed CAD documentation. • Proficient in SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and PLM systems such as Enovia. • Sound understanding of mechanical design principles, polyurethane molding processes, and related manufacturing techniques. • Experience working with industrial equipment such as Screens and Feeders is highly preferred. • Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal). • Strong attention to detail, organization, and version control in documentation. • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. • Adaptable, collaborative, and capable of working in cross-functional, global teams. Key Responsibilities: Lead the mechanical design process for special purpose machines from concept to completion. Develop detailed design specifications and engineering drawings using CAD software. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including electrical engineers, software developers, and project managers, to ensure seamless integration of all machine components. Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments to identify potential design challenges and propose effective solutions.
