Software Project Manager

As a Software Project Manager at Vays Infotech Pvt Ltd in Bengaluru, you will play a crucial role in the day-to-day operations of the company. Your responsibilities will include working with Product Development Managers to create development plans for new software features and carrier-related requirements. You will collaborate with developers, product teams, and global teams to manage complex features effectively. Your role will involve coordinating technical discussions, tracking and prioritizing issues, and ensuring that development and test milestones are met within specific timelines. You will be responsible for planning and managing quarterly software releases, as well as implementing the latest Android OS for new mobile devices and ensuring timely upgrades. In addition, you will enforce processes for software development with development and test teams, communicate quarterly releases, define and track critical metrics for process improvements, and manage changes and interventions to ensure project goals are achieved on time. Your experience in program management and process improvements will be valuable in this role. To be successful in this position, you should possess strong software project management, project management, software development, and requirements analysis skills. Excellent analytical skills, experience in IT project management, and exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities are essential. Leadership skills to lead and manage project teams effectively are also required. Having relevant certifications such as PMP would be a plus.
