As a Developer with 2-4 years of experience, you will be expected to showcase good proficiency in developing Microservices using Java, Spring Boot, Postgres, BPMN, Flowable, and Angular (basic knowledge required). Additionally, exposure to Cloud platforms (preferably AWS), Angular, Kafka, Maven, and Code quality tools like SonarQube will be beneficial. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing Spring-based Rest APIs, server-side business logics, and database components in alignment with technical specifications - Executing unit and integration testing - Learning and comprehending the underlying code and expected performance behaviors to resolve issues efficiently - Identifying and reporting bug fixes across applications - Troubleshooting and debugging to enhance performance - Demonstrating good verbal and written communication skills - Mentoring junior developers within the team In this role, your performance will be evaluated based on key parameters: 1. Designing and developing solutions with adherence to project plans, schedules, error-free onboarding, and implementation, as well as throughput % 2. Ensuring quality and customer satisfaction through on-time delivery, minimal corrections, first-time right deliverables, zero major defects post-production, compliance with traceability matrix, and completion of skill upgradation certifications 3. Maintaining 100% on-time MIS and report generation Mandatory Skills required for this role include Delivery (RPA) experience of 1-3 years.
