Summary:As a Software Development Lead, you will lead cross-functional product development teams to design, develop, and enhance software assets that meet or exceed internal and external customer expectations. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders, ensuring that product functionality aligns with cost and delivery schedules, and fostering an environment that promotes accountability, quality, and innovation. You will also support the sales process by participating in solution design, ensuring that the team remains focused on delivering high-quality software solutions that drive business success.
