Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Development Contractor with a strong focus on Generative AI. The ideal candidate will have 5 7 years of experience in software development, with a proven track record of leveraging AI technologies to create innovative solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of generative models and their applications in software development.

Mandatory Skills:

Diffusion Model Optimization at scale
Multi modal alignment
Fine tuning LLMs with Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF)
Sparse Attention Mechanism Engineering
Training foundational models from scratch
Latent space manipulation & controllability in Generative Models

Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
5 7 years of relevant experience in software development.
Demonstrated experience in working with generative AI technologies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under tight deadlines
