This is a high-ownership role at the intersection of content, community, and commercial for someone comfortable with intense startup energy and flexible timings. Key Responsibilities - Social Media Management: Develop, schedule, and manage engaging content across platforms - Content & Design: Create compelling posts, graphics, and stories using Canva/Adobe/AI tools - Workshops: Plan and execute DIY workshops end to end, from ideation to event-day coordination - Influencer & Brand Collaborations: Identify, onboard, and manage influencer and partnership campaigns - Merchant Onboarding: Pitch CIY to potential sellers/creators and guide them through the onboarding - Community Engagement: Be the voice of CIYinteract with the audience and build brand loyalty - AI Tools: Use AI-driven platforms for content generation, analytics, and design optimization
