Social Media Manager + Content Creator (Night Shift)

About Us

We are a fast-growing Online Travel Agency (OTA) based in the USA, building exciting travel experiences for thousands of customers. As we scale, we’re looking for a talented Social Media Manager + Content Creator to lead our brand's digital voice and create content that connects with travelers across the globe.

What You'll Do

• Plan, create, and manage daily content across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
• Shoot and edit engaging photo/video content (especially reels & stories)
• Manage the monthly content calendar in line with marketing campaigns and promotions
• Track performance metrics and tweak strategies based on insights
• Stay up-to-date with current trends, memes, and viral content relevant to travel
• Engage with our audience — respond to DMs, comments, and interact with followers
• Collaborate with designers and the marketing team for visual assets and campaigns
• Run and manage occasional paid promotions or influencer collaborations
• Build the brand voice — fun, informative, and wanderlust-inducing!

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in social media management or content creation
• A strong portfolio of past content work (especially reels, videos, or travel-related posts)
• Excellent command of English (creative writing + captions)
• Good understanding of content trends, hashtags, and social media algorithms
• Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work independently during night shifts
• Photography/videography skills and basic editing knowledge (Canva etc)
• A social media geek who enjoys travel, storytelling, and engaging with communities

Shift Details:

Full-Time | Night Shift (US Time)
In-Office Only – Remote not available for this role

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
