About the Role

We’re looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer who also understands the pulse of social media. This role is ideal for someone who not only designs beautifully but also understands visual storytelling, brand tone, digital trends, and platform-specific content styles.

You’ll work closely with our creative and brand strategy teams to conceptualize, design, and execute visually stunning social media content for our clients across fashion, lifestyle, luxury, and wellness industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design high-quality graphics for Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and LinkedIn (posts, carousels, stories, reels thumbnails, cover banners, highlight icons, etc.)
• Create mood boards, brand kits, and pitch decks
• Design creatives for ads, emailers, and digital campaigns
• Develop and maintain a consistent visual identity for each client
• Collaborate with content writers and strategists to visualize campaigns and content calendars
• Stay on top of design trends, platform updates, and digital aesthetics
• Edit short-form videos or reels
• Ensure all assets are delivered on time, in line with briefs, and brand-aligned

Requirements:

• 6 month – 1 year of experience in graphic design, preferably in a digital or branding agency
• Strong portfolio with examples of social media creatives (static & motion preferred)
• Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, after Effects); knowledge of Canva or Figma is a plus
• Eye for modern aesthetics, typography, layout, color, and clean design
• Understanding of Instagram, Meta Ads, and influencer-forward content styles
• Ability to multitask across multiple brands/clients
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Video editing skills in Premiere Pro / After Effects / CapCut (bonus)

Nice to Have:

• Experience working in fashion, beauty, or luxury brands
• UI/UX or website design knowledge
• Motion graphics / animated GIFs
• Ability to contribute creative campaign ideas
