Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Content Planning & Publishing:

Plan and schedule posts across platforms:
Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube, Threads, and Pinterest
Write engaging copy, captions, hashtags, and call-to-actions aligned with brand tone
Collaborate with the design/content team to produce visuals, reels, stories, and videos
Ensure brand consistency in content and messaging

Community Management:

Monitor comments, DMs, tags, and mentions; respond promptly and professionally
Engage with followers to grow community and improve brand loyalty
Track trending topics and viral content relevant to the industry or brand

Analytics & Reporting:

Track key metrics: engagement rate, reach, impressions, followers, click-throughs
Use tools like
Meta Business Suite, Creator Studio, Google Analytics, Buffer, or Hootsuite
Share weekly/monthly performance reports with insights and suggestions

Campaign Support:

Assist in executing paid and organic campaigns
Collaborate with influencers, bloggers, or brand partners as needed
Help manage giveaways, contests, or product launches on social media

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field
13 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing
Solid understanding of platform algorithms and audience engagement tactics
Strong copywriting and storytelling skills
Proficiency in using social media tools and basic design software (e.g., Canva)
