Social Media Analyst

The role of Trainee in the Digital Insights Delivery team is a great opportunity for someone enthusiastic and detail-oriented to gain hands-on experience in digital reporting, social media analytics, and consumer insights. You will have the chance to work with experienced professionals in various industries like entertainment, fashion, QSR, and sports. Your responsibilities will include supporting data collection, cleaning, and structuring, assisting in dashboard updates, tagging social media posts, learning digital KPIs, collaborating with consultants and analysts, and understanding client expectations to deliver accurate and timely output. We are looking for someone with a strong attention to detail, basic knowledge of social media platforms, good communication skills, proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment, and the ability to follow instructions and work independently. Exposure to digital marketing or social media analytics would be a plus, as well as familiarity with content tagging, Boolean logic, or basic research tasks.
