Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities: Prospecting, generating, qualifying, processing, and interviewing candidates and coordinate with marketing team to follow up on leads and conducting research to identify potential prospects for the business. Collaboratively work with the HR team to generate candidates and Marketing team to develop lead generation strategies to generate lead opportunities with prospective clients. Establish recruiting requirements by studying organizational plans and objectives and meeting with managers to discuss needs. Conducting extensive research on platforms like Naukri and LinkedIn to attract best talent. Build applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, media, and internet sites; providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits; making presentations; and maintaining rapport. Attract applicants by placing job advertisements, contacting recruiters, and using newsgroups and job sites. Determine applicant qualifications by interviewing and prequalifying applicants, by analysing responses and comparing qualifications to job requirements. Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers and interviewing applicants on a consistent set of qualifications. Screening CVs and setting up interviews. Reach out to maximum members via telephone, email, or other platforms to maintain a connect with them. Organize and maintaining information on leads and accounts in Excel and CRM Be research-driven with the ability to work accurately and effectively under pressure and in a dynamic working environment. Skills Requirements: 0.5 - 1 years of relevant experience. Excellent written and communication skills. Good knowledge of sourcing from Naukri and LinkedIn platforms. Supports workplace diversity. Relationship building skills. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
