Smart Building Systems Engineer

Role Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement smart HVAC, lighting, and security systems. 
  • Integrate IoT devices and building management systems (BMS). 
  • Monitor system performance and optimize energy usage. 
  • Collaborate with architects and IT teams for seamless integration. 

Skills Required:

  • Knowledge of BMS, IoT protocols, and automation systems. 
  • Familiarity with energy modelling tools and green building standards. 
  • Programming/scripting for automation (e.g., Python, BACnet). 
  • Strong problem-solving and systems thinking. 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors in electrical, Mechanical, or Systems Engineering. 
  • 3+ years in smart building or automation projects.
