Job Responsibilities

Candidate should have experience in a production environment, with a strong background working on the shop floor.
Must have a solid understanding of production theories and fundamental concepts.
Strong technical knowledge, coupled with excellent presentation and communication skills.
Ability to effectively manage challenging situations, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously.

Responsibilities :

Development of training -technical and non -technical aligned with Industry requirements
Training implementation through MSIL skilling network
Training of trainers and capability building
Digitization of training content development of LMS
Securing opportunities for skilling from Govt Industry
Development Procurement of training aids equipment to improve training effectiveness
New technology training development like EV, Industry4.0

Competencies / Skills Required for the Job

Strong Technical knowledge and presentation communication skills
Ability to handle adverse situations, prioritize and handle multiple tasks at a time.
Self-motivated, having attention to details and a results driven approach.
