Abiity to extract the profies, sections, setting out, grading etc., directy from the data shortcuts. Working knowedge in managing Civi3D data shortcuts in ProjectWise and BIM360 environments Abiity to create tempates and compy with project/cient styes, ine work, and naming conventions in both CAD and Civi3D. Understanding and impement AECOM Quaity Assurance procedures Perform quaity contro, progress, scheduing and execution of product deivery to interna/externa cients. Works under genera guidance of the CAD Supervisor. Understanding of CAD Standard and workfow. Sef earner, motivated and team payer Adhering to AECOM safety, ethica and standard procedures Quaifications Dipoma in Civi Engineering or Bacheor's in Civi Engineering foowed by 5-9 years of experience of CAD works in Roads, Highways, Major Infra projects using Auto CAD/MicroStation too. Good Experience of using Auto CAD/MicroStation, added advantage having civi 3d too for Road, infra projects and experience of 3D modeing tasks of Road features, assets. Preferaby worked on Goba design experience and worked for internationa projects in coaborative environment Highway reated BIM exposure, Exceent spoken and written Communications skis, abiity to expain and co-ordinate with teams for projects success Basic understanding of CDE toos ProjectWise, BIM 360, Buebeam and other appropriate toos. Quaifications Dipoma (or equivaent education) in an appropriate engineering discipine from an accredited coege, institute or university. Lead BIM modeing of Fue and HVAC systems for data centers, ensuring integrated MEP coordination and compiance with codes and project specifications. Work cosey with project managers, design eads, and site engineers to convert design concepts into detaied and constructibe BIM modes that support fabrication and instaation. Review and verify engineering documents incuding P&IDs, equipment datasheets, GA drawings, and piping isometrics to ensure accurate representation within the BIM mode. Use BIM toos such as Autodesk Revit and Navisworks to manage mode deveopment, updates, and version contro in aignment with project requirements. Perform cash detection, issue resoution, and ead coordination meetings to faciitate seamess construction workfows. Generate project documentation from BIM modes incuding detaied ayout drawings, spoo drawings, quantity take-offs, and equipment schedues for stakehoder reviews and approvas. Mentor and support junior BIM professionas in modeing practices, discipine coordination, and adherence to project-specific standards. Ensure timey deivery of high-quaity BIM outputs in compiance with project schedues, cient requirements, and QA/QC standards. Works under genera supervision. Provides training and technica support to design staff on the Buiding Information Modeing system, which provides 3D modes using project specifications and content. Direct project support and production to assigned projects and create the drawings as required using the standards and content to meet the job requirements (objects within the drawing, doors, ights, etc.). Must be famiiar with design, tender and construction processes. Internationa experience of the UK, Midde East or APAC regions wi be considered an added advantage. Must be proficient in design detaiing and construction techniques. Must be proficient in, but not imited to, AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite (photoshop, InDesign and Iustrator), MS Office, SketchUp, Rhino and rendering softwares ike Lumion/ Enscape/ Twinmotion. Advanced experience of BIM reated software in Landscape Design/ Infrastructure works wi be considered an added advantage. Candidate shoud be abe to assign work to junior team members and BIM technoogists. Use business reated software independenty with abiity to guide junior team members. Candidates shoud demonstrate competency in softwares, cear communications skis to gain understanding of the required tasks, quick and a methodica decision-making approach for the design & reated tasks. Assist in the production of drawings incuding pans, grading, section, eevations, perspective, 3D mode and reports. Quaifications A Masters degree in Landscape Architecture from universities of Internationa repute wi be an added advantage Appicants are required to have between 7-10 years of experience in reevant fied .
