Work closely with CG artists, matte painters, and VFX supervisors to achieve the desired final look. Identify and solve compositing issues, ensuring high-quality output within deadlines. Optimize shots for efficiency while maintaining the highest quality standards. Mentor and provide guidance to junior compositors, helping them improve their skills. Requirements: 5+ years of experience working in a film VFX pipeline. Strong working knowledge of Nuke software. Demonstrated talent for the seamless integration of live action and CG source. A strong understanding of contemporary compositing techniques. Developed artistic skills and a good eye, and good knowledge of color, light (reflection, refraction, shadows), perspective and composition. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Work ethic focused on team effort, ability to perform multiple tasks, prioritize and solve problems.
