Position: Field Service Engineer Industry: Automobile Product: Electric Commercial Vehicle Location: Kolhapur, Solapur, Nashik, Dhule CTC: Decent hike on current CTC Job Role: Serve as a technical expert for EV small trucks Address technical issues related to the vehicle Attend to vehicles on-site at customer locations or on the roadside Be stationed at customer sites to monitor and evaluate vehicle performance Provide guidance to technicians in the workshop for resolving technical issues Handle charging-related concerns Monitor product performance continuously Establish and track the Customer Value Proposition (CVP) Train and support dealer manpower Requirements: Qualification: B-Tech with 2-3 years of relevant experience, or a Diploma with 4-5 years of relevant experience in technical roles. Hands on experience in IC Engine Vehicles, Experience in the EV industry will be added advantage. Prior experience in commercial Vehicle service, Technical Support, Diagnosis & troubleshooting. Key Responsibilities: Assist carpenters, electricians, and interior design staff at project sites and office locations. Support with material handling, loading/unloading, and movement of tools, furniture, or dcor items. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area and site. Help with basic measurements, fittings, and on-site arrangements as per instructions. Run errands such as picking up or delivering materials, samples, or documents. Follow safety guidelines and assist in ensuring smooth daily operations. Requirements 10th Pass or equivalent education (preferred) Willingness to do physically active tasks and assist as needed. Basic understanding of interior site work is a plus (but not mandatory). Should be punctual, dependable, and ready to work under supervision. Ability to travel within the city when required

Project Comprehension: Gaining a deep and thorough understanding of assigned projects, including the intricacies of individual equipment, system functionalities, and overall project objectives. Cross-Departmental Coordination: Facilitating seamless coordination with all concerned internal departments (e.g., Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing, Quality, Logistics) to ensure all project activities are aligned and milestones are met. This includes proactive communication to resolve bottlenecks and ensure timely progression. End-to-End Project Driving: Taking ownership to drive the project forward from its initiation to final closure, ensuring all phases are completed efficiently and effectively. Client Team Coordination: Establishing and maintaining strong working relationships with the client team, utilizing proper communication tools (e.g., regular meetings, detailed reports, official correspondence) in close consultation with management. This includes addressing client queries, managing expectations, and ensuring client satisfaction. Site Visits & Support: Conducting regular site visits for project meetings, progress reviews, and providing essential assistance during the installation and commissioning phases of the equipment/project.
