Role Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Site Supervisor to oversee and coordinate activities across multiple sites. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are completed efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards.
Experience:
● 3-4 years of relevant experience in site supervision.
● B.Tech in Civil Engineering or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
Requirements:
● Must own a two-wheeler.
● Willingness to multitask and manage 2-3 sites simultaneously if required.
● Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:
● Supervise and oversee construction activities at the site to ensure timely and efficient execution.
● Coordinate with contractors, laborers, and other stakeholders to maintain project progress and quality standards.
● Monitor material usage, inventory, and ensure proper allocation of resources.
● Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
● Report daily progress and site updates to project managers and senior staff.
● Identify and address potential issues or delays proactively.
● Maintain accurate documentation, including site reports, labor attendance, and material records.
● Ensure adherence to project specifications, timelines, and budgets.
Salary:
● ₹20,000 to ₹25,000 per month (based on experience).
