Key Roles & Responsibilities Site Supervision & Execution Supervise day-to-day site operations to ensure work is progressing as per schedule and plan. Ensure execution of civil works including foundations, RCC, brickwork, plastering, and finishing as per drawings/specifications. Coordinate with contractors, labor teams, and other on-site personnel. Quality Control Monitor and enforce quality control standards on site. Ensure all work adheres to safety, environmental, and regulatory compliance standards. Conduct checks on formwork, concrete, steel, and finishing works. Material Management Ensure timely availability and proper usage of materials at the site. Maintain records of material consumption and report shortages or wastage. Coordination & Reporting Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors. Prepare daily progress reports, labor deployment, and material tracking updates. Escalate site issues to higher management promptly. Safety & Compliance Ensure safety measures are followed by all workers on-site. Conduct toolbox talks and ensure usage of PPE and safe work practices. Skills & Competencies Strong technical knowledge of civil construction methods and materials Hands-on experience in managing labor and site teams Ability to read drawings and execute work accordingly Good communication and problem-solving skills Basic computer literacy for reporting (Excel, Email, etc.) Preferred Experience Experience in residential/commercial/industrial construction projects Exposure to structural, finishing, and infrastructure works
