Site Supervisor (Civil)

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Site Civil Engineer to oversee on-site construction activities for township development, clubhouse buildings, Villas and commercial structures. This is a 100% site-based role — office sitting is not involved. The candidate will lead a team and ensure high-quality execution of all field operations.

Key Responsibilities:

 Full-time presence at the construction site.

 Supervise and manage all field activities related to:

o Township development

o Villa construction

o Clubhouse construction

o Commercial building projects

 Lead and coordinate with supervisors and labor teams.

 Ensure execution as per architectural/structural drawings and project timelines.

 Monitor quality, safety, and productivity on site.

 Handle daily work planning, measurements and material arrangements.

 Maintain DPR (Daily Progress Report) and ensure site documentation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,316.58 - ₹23,976.79 per month
