We are looking for a highly skilled and proactive Site Project Manager to lead the execution of solar projects at various sites across India. As the Site Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the project lifecycle, including coordination, reporting, stakeholder communication, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, while adhering to the highest safety and quality standards. Key Responsibilities Coordinate internal teams, third-party vendors, and site contractors for seamless project execution. Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including BOQs (Bill of Quantities) , schedules, and approvals. Evaluate project performance using project management systems and techniques. Ensure that all safety protocols and compliance regulations are strictly followed on-site. Take ownership of new project assignments to support company objectives. Eligibility Criteria Education: Bachelors degree in Mechanical , Electrical , or Electronics Engineering . Experience: 2 to 4 years of experience in solar plant project management . Technical Skills: Strong understanding of solar EPC execution , procurement, and installation processes. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools . Familiarity with AutoCAD (preferred but not mandatory). Other Requirements: Willingness to travel frequently and stay at project locations during the execution phases.
