Site Merchandiser

As a Manager-Site Merchandiser or Web Merchandiser with 5 to 10 years of experience, you will play a crucial role in bringing a category-specific e-commerce experience to life through core digital merchandising tactics. Your responsibilities will include implementing and optimizing site merchandising strategies to enhance conversion rates, improve findability, maximize guest engagement, and ensure a seamless shopping experience. You will collaborate closely with creative teams to provide business inputs and context for content creation, ensuring that the content is not only revenue-driving but also aligns with the brand identity and has a significant impact. Additionally, you will be responsible for monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) across various devices and platforms, analyzing guest behavior, staying updated on market trends, and gaining competitive insights to optimize short-term performance and influence long-term strategies. Building strong cross-functional partnerships is a key aspect of your role, where you will work closely with Merchandising, Marketing, Creative, and Analytics teams to develop compelling merchandising themes and storytelling strategies for each season and across categories. Your duties will also involve ensuring the daily examination of the site to maintain creative, content, and user experience hygiene. Additionally, as a leader, you will manage, guide, and train the site merchandising team to ensure the successful implementation of strategies and tactics.
