Planning and Design: Reviewing construction plans, developing site layouts, and preparing technical drawings.
Site Management: Managing daily activities on the site, including supervising contractors, subcontractors, and workers.
Quality Control: Ensuring that all work meets quality standards and specifications.
Safety Management: Adhering to and enforcing safety regulations and procedures on the site.
Documentation, Billing, and Reporting: Preparing site reports, logs, and other documentation required for Billing, as well as reporting progress to project managers and clients.
Budget and Schedule Management: Monitoring project costs and schedules, and taking corrective action when necessary.
Problem-Solving: Identifying and resolving technical problems that arise during construction.
Stakeholder Communication: Liaising with clients, subcontractors, and other professionals involved in the project.
Environmental Compliance: Ensuring that all construction activities comply with environmental regulations.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, mechanical
Experience: Previous experience in a similar role, such as a Site Engineer or Construction Engineer.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in CAD software
Soft Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
Language : Hindi , English , kannada
Other: Valid driver's license
