What better way to build entrepreneurial mindsets than trying real world innovation projects hands-on Our Entrepreneurial Mindset Development program will be rolled out across 4 districts in Tamil Nadu in the coming year. The program is focused on enabling the development of Entrepreneurial Mindsets of students through a curriculum which is experiential and project-based. The program will be integrated into the school timetables and enabled through teachers within each school. Over the course of this Project based curriculum, the students will work in teams, receive inputs for identifying societal problems that they would like to solve, and with a support system develop their ideas into viable prototype solutions. To deepen our impact, we are designing a number of online and offline features for the program to improve content delivery and deepen implementation quality. We are looking for a Manager (Operations) for Tamil Nadu, who will be a part of the core team, work closely with the government partners and Udhyam s internal teams to maximise reach and impact of the program. Roles and Responsibilities: Operations: Manage the entire set of the program, oversee the big picture pertaining to the state. Responsible for end to end operations and delivery. Responsible for monitoring government regulations and guiding public policy. Stakeholder Management: Work with multiple stakeholders and build strong working relationships including government officials, partner organizations, resource persons, school principals and teachers. Serve as lead site coordinator. Program Strategy and Management: Define program goals and implementation strategy, prepare and execute project plan, define and evolve ownership areas of team members and stakeholders, regularly review progress and strategy Data Management: Create structures and build capacity within the team to collect and analyse implementation data and take data based decisions Promote Udhyams mission, values and organisational policies to all stakeholders. Regular monitoring visit to the districts and gathering the required data of the program Skills, Experience and Mindsets: Must be willing to be based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu 8+ years of experience working collaboratively with govt stakeholders on large scale programs, preferably in the education sector. Excellent communication skills in Tamil and English. Planning and Execution - Comfortable working with a diverse group of individuals to meet project objectives within established timelines; can effectively move from strategy to details in a seamless way Ownership - You, as an individual, are accountable for the quality and timeliness of the outcome, even when youre working with others. Site coordinator for direct material Responsible for on time availability of all Raw Packing material availability at site. Strong follow-up with vendor Review shortage sheet to be done on daily basis Arrange specs and material from new vendor for AVD Resolve queries related to GRN / invoices due for payment End to End follow up for LC import shipment with GBSS, Vendor and Category Manager Follow up with vendor for VQ documents Arranging audit schedule for Vendor Audits MPN updatation / Deletion Follow up for rejected material / Online rejection/ CAPA/ etc. Handling quires / issues related to GRN Bachelors degree in Science MBA in operations will be added advantage Minimum three years of experience in purchase particularly in Raw packing material

Management & Construction, should be an expert in EPC water supply projects, Intake well, Water Treatment Plant, Pipeline laying & Overhead Tank. Candidates with experience in water supply projects will be preferred. Candidates are required urgently with good professional experience and enthusiasm to work in a challenging environment. Project Coordinator/ Planner/ Billing - Exp 7-15 years (Should have knowledge of Water Supply Projects.) Should have experience of Planning, Project Corodination, Engineering Drawing, Material Procurement, Client Billing, Contractor Management, Cross functional cooridination, Consultant handling, Client handling, Multidisciplinary coordination etc.

Following up for deliverance of material at different sites, verifying bills, travel expenses, all sort of vouchers of sites. Keeping records of all purchase and sales of material and labour. Candidate should have good communication skills, and zeal to learn and grow, should have good analytical skills
