Job Description Location:- Bangalore Skill sets - Mandatory: Preferable/Optional: Installation and Troubleshooting experience on Genesys Engage Framework,Routing and Realtime/Historical Reporting components (version 9.x/8.x) Installation & Troubleshooting experience on Genesys Digital Should have strong experience in troubleshooting all layers of Genesys Solution includes Genesys SIP Server, Pulse, URS/ORS, MCP, RM, OCS and Historical Reporting Layer (GIM). Should have experience in Log reading using Kazimir, Myzamir etc. Should be responsible for Requirement gathering, Implementing, preparing Test Plans for SIT and UAT. Experience in Genesys Cloud will be an added advantage.
