Ensure compliance with all safety regulation and company policy. Lead, Train, and develop plant staff. Ensure continuous supply of combustion air as per customer requirements. Operate equipment like Blowers, compressor, Booster, Driers, Vacuum pumps, Valves etc. Monitoring equipment performance and make adjustment to ensure optimal performance. Assures and Optimize maintenance practices and procedures to achieve cost effective results including scheduling of resources, proper training, and high quality execution with focus on safety, availability & reliability. Leads execution of planned and unplanned shutdowns, including job plan, cortical path schedule, tracking, and high quality execution. Continuous improvement in maintenance methods and procedures, reducing MTTR and improving MTBF. Conduct RCA of failures and observation for improvements and rectification. Adopt best engineering practices, systems and procedures in operation, maintenance and Upkeep of plant. Ensure effective preventive maintenance and condition based maintenance. Preparation of scope of work and SMP as per OEM recommendations. Maintain records of equipment performance and maintenance activities. Skill Set required Strong Knowledge in Troubleshooting Rotary equipment's, Startup , Shutdown Procedure, Overhauling methods, Alignment Techniques, Bearing inspection and rectification methods. Strong understanding of Operation and Maintenance of Axial Blower, Turbo Blower, Series Blowers, Fans, Vacuum pump, Screw compressor, Reciprocating compressors... Proficiency in Process Control System. Ability to work independently and as a part of team. Knowledge in SAP. Ability to make decision under pressure and solve problems effectively Excellent leadership, communication and Interpersonal skills. Challenges Follows company HES Policies, standards & requirements. About the role Candidate should have sound knowledge in acquisition, verification & analysis of asset performance data (SAP etc.), development of optimal maintenance plans (preventive, predictive, condition based monitoring (CBM), reliability maintenance etc.), development of optimal strategies based on economic cost-benefit analysis to improve asset performance & maximize OEE, Perform criticality analysis and determine risk priority for various assets. Candidate will be responsible for implementation of AO by maintaining liaison with technicians and other management regarding work execution, ensure adequate processes, schedules, task list, tools etc. are available for job-site implementation, Works with client professionals to identify required digital platforms, prepare a business case, drive adoption, achieve and track best-in-class asset management outputs, Detects asset issues and drives quick implementation of corrective actions & Optimize spares inventory for assets (equipment/ systems) etc. Candidate will also be responsible for the improvement of existing AO practices by taking optimization initiatives in collaboration with client's AO team, drive RCA, FMEA frameworks for major & minor breakdowns, implementation of various Kaizens, QC, SGAs & FIPs, Asset performance improvement through project analysis, reliability etc. The candidate will also be required to sustain the existing & new AO practices in plant by conducting timely audits, trainings & mapping of planned vs. actual asset optimization performance. Should have ability to create and maintain business critical MIS dashboards, together with action trackers, operating budgets, On hand experience of MS project for shutdown planning. 10. Should strictly adhere to EHS guidelines. Also, should be well aware about the recent industry standards rules of safety, PTW, LOTO process, etc. and expert in preparing of EHS documents. Engg. CERTIFICATION No data available About The Role Job Purpose Respond to emergencies, escalate major breakdowns to management and manage the emergency to the best of ability. Prepare, generate / raise, approve / get approval for Work Orders (WO) and communicate the same to the concerned Maintenance team for necessary corrective actioning. Contribute / execute Work Permits and Work Clearances or LOTOTO before start of maintenance work and collaborate with the concerned Maintenance team to schedule jobs on priority. Perform mechanical isolation and / or electrical isolation / de-energization of equipment, confirm the same on the clearance form and submit LOTOTO before maintenance work can begin. Ensure appropriate takeover of equipment post Work Permit / Word Order (WO) completion and give feedback regarding the equipment performance and running condition. Regularly track and record various critical process parameters and take readings as per SOP / SWI; in case of any major abnormalities, follow the SOP / SWI to engage with superiors and seek instructions as required. Perform jobs as per schedule and SOP during survey / planned shutdown / commissioning of equipment or process.

Daily updating to TKM In charge regarding yesterdays outcome and activity plan for next day. • Monitor Safety deviation of all members and necessary countermeasure implementation. Plan of Activities for continuous skill enhancement of team members. • Detailed analysis for Daily abnormalities and ensures Countermeasure implementation and Yokoten. Monthly Performance report of Team to be prepared and explained in Monthly meeting. Monthly meeting MOM preparation and follow up for closure of points. Office & Site co-ordination.
