Role & responsibilities Overall site control & single window for specific communication. Co-ordination with different teams for smooth activity execution. Shutdown request planning & communication to plant users. Visit to Site location (Gemba) for chronicle issues checking and activity plan. Identify Bottleneck & Short comes in daily management & take necessary countermeasure immediately. Generate Ideas for Improvement of FE Scope equipment & plan activities accordingly. Daily updating to TKM In charge regarding yesterdays outcome and activity plan for next day. • Monitor Safety deviation of all members and necessary countermeasure implementation. Plan of Activities for continuous skill enhancement of team members. • Detailed analysis for Daily abnormalities and ensures Countermeasure implementation and Yokoten. Monthly Performance report of Team to be prepared and explained in Monthly meeting. Monthly meeting MOM preparation and follow up for closure of points. Office & Site co-ordination.
