Qualifications: Graduation Minimum 3–6 years of experience in retail sales (at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role). Responsibilities Sales Management Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets Guide and encourage the sales team to convert leads and handle walk-in customers. Plan and run local marketing and promotional activities to increase sales. Keep an eye on competitor actions and market changes to improve sales strategy. Make sure all enquiries, test rides, and follow-ups are handled properly. Team Supervision Manage and support teams in sales, service, accounts, and spare parts. Conduct team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews regularly. Customer Satisfaction Make sure customers have a good experience in sales, service, and delivery. Handle major customer complaints quickly and professionally.
