Job description Build strong customer relationships Improve sales performance and achieve targets. Provide training to sales staff and motivate them to bring out the best of themselves Assess local market conditions and identify current and prospective sales opportunities Find the areas of improvement and take corrective actions. Address customer and employee satisfaction issues promptly Improve the presence and reputation of the branch.
