Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote bike models and offers. Attend to incoming calls related to sales, service bookings, and general inquiries. Follow up with leads generated by the sales team or digital campaigns. Schedule test rides and service appointments as per customer convenience. Maintain and update the customer database with accurate information. Handle customer feedback, complaints, and escalate unresolved issues to the concerned department. Inform customers about new products, promotions, and schemes. Coordinate with the sales and service teams to ensure smooth customer experience. Prepare daily call reports and update call logs.
