Short Cycle Press Operator

Job Description for a "Short Cycle Operator": We are searching for a Short Cycle Press Operator for our Company in Sahibabad, Ghaziabad that produces MDF or Particle Boards. Key Responsibilities: Operating and Maintaining Presses: This includes starting, stopping, and adjusting presses, as well as performing routine maintenance tasks to keep them running smoothly. Ensuring Product Quality: Checking materials for accuracy, color, and other aesthetics, and making adjustments as needed to meet specifications. Following Job Orders and Blueprints: Reading and interpreting job specifications, blueprints, and sketches to ensure accurate production. Safety Compliance: Adhering to all safety procedures and ensuring the press and surrounding area are safe and clean. Troubleshooting: Identifying and resolving minor equipment issues and seeking assistance when necessary. Quality Control: Inspecting materials for quality, identifying defects, and making adjustments to correct issues. Qualification & Skills: A person with an experience of 2 to 5 years of operating short cycle press in wooden board, MDF board or any coating & plating company will be a suitable candidate for this post of Operator . Technical Skills: Knowledge of press operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting. Attention to Detail: Ability to identify and correct errors in materials. Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks. Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors and other workers. Safety Knowledge: Understanding of safety procedures and protocols.
