Job Description

Location: Kiosk / Store

shift: 12Hrs

Job Summary:

We are looking for a disciplined and customer-focused Store Captain to manage kiosk/store operations, drive sales, and ensure a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Open/close the store as per schedule.
Maintain hygiene, merchandising, and equipment upkeep.
Achieve daily/monthly sales targets.
Provide excellent customer service and handle complaints.
Manage inventory, stock rotation, and daily stock checks.
Handle billing, cash, and OTP payment audits.
Coordinate with staff, delivery teams, and management.
Send daily reports and ensure audit readiness.
Follow SOPs, safety, and compliance guidelines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
