Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Shift Supervisor located in Chennai. As a Shift Supervisor at Starbucks, you will oversee daily store operations, lead and motivate the store team, and ensure exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include managing inventory, handling cash transactions, maintaining store cleanliness, and ensuring a positive customer experience. You will also assist in training, coaching, and evaluating partners to ensure they are meeting Starbucks standards.
