Urgent hiring Shift Supervisor at reputed Multispeciality Hospital in Pune. Qualifying Criteria : Diploma-Mechanical/ Electrical. Must have relevant 3+ years working experience from Multispeciality Hospital/ Pharma Company/ Big Corporate Houses/ Big Hotels etc. Job Description : Receiving and Logging of complaints regarding the maintenance issues from end users, all department & passing to technicians & daily complaint Logged. Daily report Updating. Updating Recovery reading. Making daily attendance sheet for attendance report, Sorting daily pending work report and distribution to all technician and get feedback till closing the complaint. As per client requirement filling the service report. Briefing attending at the time of Shift changing handover. Client invoice handover to Client. Filling of all preventive maintenance sheet after duly cross checking & signed by head of engineering. Checklist handover to SE. Tracking of shift schedules for Maintenance Team. Attending the major complaints. To give training to newly joined technician.
