As a Shift Supervisor in the steel industry, your primary responsibility will be to direct and supervise employees, assign tasks, and monitor performance during the shift. You will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth daily operations, meeting targets, and maintaining quality standards. Addressing and resolving any operational issues or conflicts that arise during the shift will also be part of your duties. It will be your responsibility to ensure adherence to safety regulations, security protocols, and company policies at all times.
