Key Responsibilities Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to elicit and analyze requirements through workshops, interviews, and surveys. Produce clear and comprehensive documentation including BRD, SRS, FRS, SOWs, proposals, user stories, process flows, and wireframes/prototypes. Design intuitive wireframes and interactive prototypes using tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Axure. Estimate effort, cost, and feasibility for proposed solutions in alignment with business goals and timelines. Own end-to-end project phases—initiation, requirements gathering, development support, UAT, and delivery. Work closely with engineering, QA, UX, and compliance teams to ensure smooth handoffs and alignment. Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams—facilitating Agile/Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, and backlog grooming. Track key metrics and foster stakeholder communication and change management. Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field. 2–5 years of hands-on experience in business analysis, product ownership, or similar roles. Proficient with JIRA (or similar Agile tools), SQL for data analysis, and BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau. Strong capability in wireframing tools and prototype design. Experience drafting technical and functional documentation. Excellent analytical skills, with a knack for breaking down complex requirements into clear deliverables.
