Services Advisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers and understand their vehicle service requirements.
• Schedule service appointments and manage job cards in the DMS system.
• Conduct vehicle walkarounds with customers to verify issues and recommend services.
• Explain repair needs, estimated costs, and timelines clearly to customers.
• Coordinate with the workshop and technicians for diagnosis and job execution.
• Monitor work progress and keep customers updated on job status.
• Upsell value-added services, maintenance packages, and accessories.
• Ensure timely delivery of vehicles post-service with quality assurance.
• Handle customer feedback, concerns, or complaints efficiently and professionally.
• Maintain service records and ensure documentation is complete.
• Follow up post-service for customer satisfaction and future appointments.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Diploma in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering preferred.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in a similar role in the automobile industry.
• Strong knowledge of automotive systems, service procedures, and products.
• Proficient in using dealership management software (DMS) and MS Office.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and work under pressure.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
