ServiceNow Senior Developer

Role & responsibilities

• Create ServiceNow solutions for an organisation using JavaScript, Web Services, MYSQL, and CSS
• Identify any deficiencies within the HRSD applications and create the custom flows
• Integrate ServiceNow applications with other programs, Analyse technical development requirements and MID servers/ REST API/ ODBC
• Need to have deep understanding in decision table in ServiceNow for the creation of tickets and routing
• Develop and troubleshoot the AD/ Ldap integration in ServiceNow applications
• Provide documentation and deep knowledge in creation of reports and Dashboard
• Develop and troubleshoot Service/ ESC portals ServiceNow applications
• Knowledge in configuring the workspaces (Agent, HRSD and Service operations workspaces)
• Able to troubleshoot the ServiceNow ITOM Auto discovery
• Experience in implementing ServiceNow SAM Pro module independently.
• Championing the SAM lifecycle process and procedures to ensure data integrity of software rights and usage to support SAM compliance.
• Register new Software Assets/Configuration Items (CIs) while maintaining proper relationships as defined in the agreed SAM-Pro Models
• Serve as the technical subject-matter-expert for ServiceNow IT Hardware and Software Asset Management
• Take ownership and collaborate with IT Asset Management process/function owners and SMEs across IT to implement and enhance capabilities.
• Lead the requirements and design workshops, and implementation.
• Design, develop, implement and test ServiceNow IT Asset Management capabilities.
