JD for Portal Developer o Experience: 3-5 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow, focusing on Service Portal development. Technical Skills: o Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AngularJS, and Bootstrap. o Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules like Service Portal, Service Catalog, ITSM and HRSD. o Experience in developing and customizing widgets, UI pages, and client-side scripting. o Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and integration with third-party systems. o Proficient in JavaScript, Glide API, Business Rules, and Client Scripts. Preferred Qualifications: o Micro-Certification: Service Portal o ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) o ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (ITSM or HRSD).
