Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow Mobile Tech Lead with strong expertise in iOS Native Mobile development, along with working experience in Android. The ideal candidate will lead the mobile development stream for ServiceNow projects, driving end-to-end mobile solutions, providing technical leadership, and ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs. Key Responsibilities Lead the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow Moblie Applications, leveraging Mobile studios, ServiceNow App Engine, and native SDKs. Architect and build native mobile components and extensions for iOS and Android. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Collaborate with ServiceNow platform teams, UI/UX designers, and business stakeholders to deliver mobile-first experiences. Guide and mentor a team of mobile developers, ensuring code quality, best practices, and performance optimization. Integration ServiceNow Mobile Apps with external APIs, enterprise services, and authentication mechanisms (OAuth, SAML etc.). Participate in code reviews, architectural discussion, and sprint planning. Ensure best practices in code quality, performance, scalability, and security. Troubleshoot and resolve mobile app issues and bugs in a timely manner. Stay current with new technologies and innovations in both ServiceNow and mobile development. Required Skills and Qualifications 7+ years of native iOS development experience (Swift/Objective-C). 5+ years of experience with ServiceNow platform, particularly with Now Mobile, Mobile Studio, and related modules. Working knowledge of Android development using Java/Kotlin and Android SDK. Strong understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and mobile UI frameworks. Proficient in using Xcode, Git, and other iOS development tools. Experience with mobile development processes (App Store, MDM, etc.). Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills. Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities. Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies. Experience in Jasmine Scripts. Good to have Agentic AI. Certification in ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or ServiceNow Certified Mobile App Developer is mandatory. Preferred Qualifications Experience integrating ServiceNow with MDM Solutions (e.g., Intune, AirWatch). Experience with Android development. Experience with ServiceNow Scoped Applications. Experience working in enterprise environments with large-scale deployments.
