As a ServiceNow Senior focused on ITOM, you will take on the role of a Solution Architect responsible for designing solutions, aligning client requirements, and ensuring successful project delivery. Your responsibilities include evaluating current processes and tools, identifying ServiceNow platform solutions, defining requirements, integrating systems, and establishing architecture and implementation plans. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and conduct requirements gathering, scoping, and design workshops with thorough documentation - Essential experience in ITOM module implementation or as an ITOM Architect on at least 2 projects - Provide high-level support and technical guidance to the implementation team - Maintain an in-depth understanding of ServiceNow capabilities - Identify opportunities to utilize ServiceNow effectively - Hands-on configuration, development, and integration services - Plan and oversee testing phases, including test acceptance and remediation cycles - Support practice development, including intellectual property creation - Prepare and deliver business case material and tailored presentations - Engage in Proof of Concept/Value engagements and respond to RFI/RFP documents - Conduct transition briefings and communicate commitments with stakeholders - Act as a ServiceNow subject matter expert at executive briefings and events Qualifications: - 3-6 years of IT industry experience - Profound experience with ServiceNow and relevant certifications - Previous experience as a developer - Strong presentation skills to manage various scenarios - Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple campaigns simultaneously - CIS- ITOM Certification - Nice to have: Certified Implementation Specialist in ITSM, HRSD, IRM, or other areas EY is dedicated to building a better working world by delivering long-term value to clients, society, and fostering trust in capital markets.
