Job Description

Hi Candiades,

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage IT Operations Management (ITOM) events from initiation to closure, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes of incidents and implement corrective actions.
Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure effective communication during incident response processes.
Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in event management processes.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for ITOM event management.

Desired Candidate Profile

5-6 years of experience in IT Operations Management (ITOM) Event Management or related field.
Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform, particularly in Incident Management module.
Excellent analytical skills with ability to analyze complex data sets and develop actionable insights.
Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
