Responsibilities : Develop, implement, and maintain software asset management processes and procedures using the ServiceNow platform. Manage software license entitlements, usage, and compliance. Conduct software asset inventory assessments and reconcile inventory with license entitlements. Monitor software usage and ensure compliance with software license agreements. Collaborate with IT teams to identify opportunities for cost optimization and risk mitigation. Provide guidance and support to stakeholders on software asset management best practices. Generate reports and dashboards to track software asset status and compliance. Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in software asset management and ServiceNow platform capabilities. Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. Certification in ServiceNow SAM or relevant ServiceNow certifications preferred. years of experience in IT asset management, with a focus on software asset management. Proficiency in the ServiceNow platform, particularly in SAM Pro module. Strong understanding of software licensing models and compliance requirements. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
