As a ServiceNow Developer at our growing organization in Navi Mumbai, you will play a crucial role in our Information Technology team. Your primary responsibility will be to develop, configure, and maintain solutions within the ServiceNow platform to address our business needs. Your contributions will involve analyzing business requirements, designing solutions, and offering support to ensure optimal utilization of the platform. Your key responsibilities will include: ServiceNow Development: - Designing, developing, and implementing solutions within the ServiceNow platform. - Customizing ServiceNow applications to align with business requirements. - Developing and managing integrations with other systems and applications. - Writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices. Systems Analysis: - Collaborating with business users to grasp their needs and challenges. - Working with stakeholders to collect and analyze business requirements. - Translating business needs into technical specifications and solution designs. - Identifying opportunities for process improvement and workflow streamlining using ServiceNow. - Conducting impact analysis and risk assessment for proposed changes. Platform Support: - Providing ongoing support and maintenance for the ServiceNow platform. - Troubleshooting issues, investigating root causes, and implementing solutions. - Monitoring platform performance to ensure high availability and reliability. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address technical issues and implement enhancements. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science. - Preferred experience in JavaScript, REST APIs, C#, ServiceNow, git, Azure DevOps. - Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer or Systems Analyst. - Strong proficiency in ServiceNow platform development, including Scripting, Workflows, UI Policies, and Integrations. - Experience with ServiceNow modules such as Incident Management, Change Management, and CMDB. - Solid understanding of ITIL processes and best practices. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels. - Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. - ServiceNow certification(s) preferred.
