Design, develop, test, and implement ServiceNow applications and features. Customize and configure ServiceNow modules (e.g., Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, Service Catalog, and CMDB). Build and configure workflows, forms, business rules, and client scripts. Write, modify, and maintain scripts for automation within the platform (e.g., Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, and Scheduled Jobs).

Degree- B.E Specialisation-Mechanical 1. Develop and configure ServiceNow modules (ITSM, HRSD, etc.). 2. Customize workflows, forms, business rules, and UI policies. 3. Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems via REST/SOAP APIs. 4. Troubleshoot and debug ServiceNow issues. 5. Develop and manage Service Catalog and Request Workflows. 6. Manage user roles, permissions, and security settings. 7. Build reports, dashboards, and performance analytics. 8. Participate in Agile sprints and development cycles. 9. Optimize platform performance and scalability. 10. Document configuration and release updates.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 5+ years of hands-on development experience with ServiceNow platform . Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow's scripting environment. Experience with multiple ServiceNow modules such as: IT Service Management (ITSM) IT Operations Management (ITOM) Customer Service Management (CSM) Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD) Security Operations (SecOps) Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) Software Asset Management (SAM) CMDB and Discovery Strong experience with ServiceNow Studio , Flow Designer , IntegrationHub , and Performance Analytics . Experience integrating ServiceNow with external tools (e.g., Azure AD, Jira, SCCM, Okta). ServiceNow certifications (e.g., CSA, CAD, CIS in one or more modules) is required
