Job Title: ServiceNowDeveloper DORA & EIR

Experience: 79 Years

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and certified ServiceNowDeveloper with strong hands-on experience in DORA and EIR project implementations. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of GRC/IRMmodules , excellent platform customization and integration capabilities, anda proven track record of automating workflows in enterprise environments. Thisrole is critical in delivering secure, scalable, and compliant ServiceNowsolutions across multiple business domains.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and deploy ServiceNow applications with a focus on DORA (Digital Operational Resilience Act) and EIR (End-to-End Incident Reporting) requirements.

Work extensively on GRC/IRM modules , ensuring full alignment with governance, risk, and compliance objectives.

Customize the ServiceNow platform using JavaScript, UI policies, business rules, script includes, and client/server scripts .

Develop robust integrations with third-party systems and tools to enhance platform functionality.

Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements and implement automated workflows that meet regulatory and operational needs.

Ensure code and solutions follow best practices, security standards , and are maintainable for long-term scalability.

Support testing, documentation, and deployment of custom applications and integrations.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

79 years of hands-on development experience on the ServiceNow platform.

Strong experience in DORA and EIR project implementations.

Expertise in GRC/IRM module development and configuration .

Advanced proficiency in ServiceNow customization, scripting, and workflow automation .

Proven experience in integration development using REST/SOAP APIs.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, onsite environment and manage multiple priorities.

Certifications (Mandatory):

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)

ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
