Roles and Responsibilities Design, develop, test, and deploy ITSM solutions on the ServiceNow platform to meet business requirements. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design workflows for new or existing processes. Develop custom scripts using JavaScript to automate tasks and integrate with other systems. Troubleshoot issues related to ITSM implementations and provide technical support as needed. Participate in Agile development methodologies such as Scrum to deliver high-quality products. Desired Candidate Profile 10-16 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry with expertise in ITSM (ServiceNow). Strong understanding of integration concepts between different systems using APIs, web services, etc. Proficiency in Flow Designer tool within ServiceNow platform for creating complex workflows. Experience working with various technologies including JavaScript programming language.
