Implementing ServiceNow ITSM modules as a technical resource Design, development, and implementation of new applications on the ServiceNow platform Analysis of functional requirement specifications and proposing technical feasibility and solutions Mentoring field resources in implementation methodology and best practices Managing platform upgrades and maintenance Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving issues collaboratively Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field Total 4+years of experience into Servicenow Implementation Experience or understanding of ITSM applications (Incident, Problem, Change, etc.) Knowledge of ServiceNow platform development and custom solutions Familiarity with LDAP, VPN, SSL, SAML/SSO, and other related technologies A ServiceNow certification is an advantage Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and mentoring abilities
