ServiceNow Administrator ((Digital Workplace)

Platform Administration & Configuration

Administer and configure the ServiceNow platform, covering modules like ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD. This includes developing Business Rules, Client Scripts, Workflows, Service Portal, ESC, Workspaces, NowAssist, and managing user access (ACLs, roles).
Perform regular system maintenance, health checks, and performance tuning.

Support & Troubleshooting

Provide expert ServiceNow support, diagnosing and resolving technical issues, and performing root cause analysis.
Collaborate with users and IT teams to troubleshoot integration challenges and guide users on platform functionalities.

Upgrades & Enhancements

Plan and execute ServiceNow upgrades, patches, and hotfixes, including testing new functionalities. Gather requirements and develop custom applications and modules as needed.

Data Management & Reporting

Ensure data integrity, manage imports/exports, and create reports, dashboards, and performance analytics to monitor platform usage and identify improvements.
