oordinators are the ones who will record all details happening / planned or done in the given area as regards to all activities like Maintenance, service and Operations
Key activities will be in working out Attendance Report for Blue collar employees for salary disbursement, Log-sheets of all locations & every machine to be recorded and sent in soft format (EXL) to Billing team within 3 days of months closing, follow up on open tickets, organize audit functions- Safety, spares and machine status
They will help get spares from local vendors for immediate requirements, coordinate with customers for Preventive Maintenance calls, ensure stock of spares/ tires etc. is recorded and physically checked/ reported weekly, expense statements from team to be collected and sent to H.O for approval, all other maintenance bills be paid and recorded as per process defined.
Coordinators to help organize travel of senior managers/ engineers and help HR in compliance related issues
Coordinators position preference to women candidate
Graduate with knowledge of MS office / SAP, willingness to learn, good communication skills in English, Hindi and local language, good analytical skills and experience in reporting through Exl / PPT required.
