Back Job Responsibility Configuration and Customization: Configure and customize ServiceNow applications to meet business requirements, including creating and maintaining forms, workflows, notifications and reports, Integration: Integrate ServiceNow modules with other systems and third-party applications to enable seamless data flow and process automation Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement requirements Quality: Design and implement efficient and testable customizations and integrations with high quality Testing: Conduct through testing to ensure robustness and reliability Support: Provide ongoing support and maintenance for ServiceNow applications, including troubleshooting issues and implementing updates and enhancements, Required Skills Deep understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture, capabilities and best practices, Experience configuring and extending the TSM/ITSM module, including creating custom Portals, Pages and Widgets Experience with API integrations, both local and 3rd party Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Ability to work well in a team environment What We Offer Competitive salaries and comprehensive health benefits, Flexible work hours and remote work options, Professional development and training opportunities, A supportive and inclusive work environment,
